Welcome to The Stitching Vixen. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Products & Descriptions
All The Stitching Vixen products are handmade with care, and because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in fabric, colour, pattern, stitching and finish may occur. These unique differences are part of what makes each item special. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and measurements are accurate, however colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. Please ensure your shipping and contact details are correct when placing your order, as The Stitching Vixen cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Personalised & Custom Orders
Personalised and custom-made products are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded due to change of mind once production has commenced. Please carefully check all personalisation details, including spelling and names, before placing your order.
Pricing & Availability
We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions and availability at any time. We will always honour the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within Australia using standard parcel services and are charged at standard parcel rates. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post delays, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refund policy applies to all eligible purchases. Change-of-mind returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and the item must be in its original, unused and saleable condition. Personalised, embroidered and custom-made items are not refundable due to change of mind. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care when making and packing every order. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, product designs, logos, branding, written content and other material appearing on The Stitching Vixen website are the property of The Stitching Vixen unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, The Stitching Vixen is not responsible for losses or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including postal delays, natural disasters, strikes or other events outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
