Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Stitching Vixen purchase! If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original, unused and saleable condition, with packaging intact. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please note that personalised, embroidered or custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be returned due to change of mind, as these items have been specially made for you. If your personalised or custom item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.
